Alicia McCaffrey
Owner / Operator
Born and raised in the Okanagan, Alicia discovered her knack for bookkeeping early in her career while working at a local autobody shop. This natural talent led her to establish AM Bookkeeping, where she began supporting a non-profit preschool and quickly expanded her expertise across industries such as construction, healthcare, arts, and wineries. Passionate about helping business owners simplify their record-keeping processes, Alicia brings a personalized and knowledgeable approach to every client.
When she’s not managing numbers, Alicia stays busy with her twin girls, explores her creativity through wheel-thrown pottery, or enjoys hiking with her dog, Tucker. She believes in embracing opportunities and saying "yes" to life’s adventures.
Alissa Woodside
Accounting Technician
Born and raised in Kelowna, Alissa brings a rich blend of creativity and business experience to AM Bookkeeping. After earning her degree in Fine Arts from UBC, she managed a downtown art gallery before transitioning to an administrative accounting role at her family’s RV dealership in West Kelowna. With the business now sold, Alissa applies her sharp attention to detail and extensive experience to support clients with precision and care.
Outside the Office
An adventurous spirit at heart, Alissa has backpacked across the globe and even tried skydiving. These days, her adventures are closer to home, as she juggles life with her three children—including twins! It’s no coincidence that she and Alicia share not only a name but also a love for Kelowna and the unique bond of being twin moms.
AM Bookkeeping is proudly located on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Syilx (Okanagan) peoples, serving Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, and Vernon.
